JOB DESCRIPTION
Purpose of role
Engaged to inspect the building, office, and equipment and assist with performing preventive maintenance on equipment and machinery to ensure their optimal functionality.
Main duties and responsibilities
Core objectives include:
• Cleaning and upkeep: Sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning windows, dusting furniture, emptying trash cans, maintaining common areas like hallways and restrooms.
• Fleet Car Maintenance: Wash clean and dry cars according to company standard
• Grounds maintenance: Picking up debris, weeding, trimming bushes, maintaining and landscaping.

The above list is not exhaustive, and the role may change to meet the overall objectives of the company.

Fulfil other duties as required by management and other department personnel as requested/required.
