Our Journey

In 2019 we started with a singular focus: to improve the quality of care by connecting qualified NDIS support workers with families needing specialized care in Tottenham. Since then, Ethical Hire has grown significantly, having successfully completed over 1100 matches across communities. We are now providing our services to clients in Western Suburbs, Southern Suburbs, Inner City, and Northern Suburbs. We work with various clients to find care professionals with specific skill sets.
